Decaffeinated Tea
Tea (black, white, green, oolong) comes from the Camellia Sinensis, a caffeine-producing leafy bush. Teas with a high concentration of tips have the highest levels of caffeine. This includes most of the teas of India: Assam, Ceylon and Darjeeling; as well as other black, white and green teas from around the world. Most herbal teas are caffeine-free, but always check that it isn't blended with black tea.

Tea Tip
If you wish to decaffeinate your own tea, since caffeine is highly water soluble, nearly 80% can be extracted by steeping the tea leaves in boiling water for 20-30 seconds. Discard this water and pour fresh boiling water over the rinsed leaves.
