Rooibos Tea

Like herbal teas, Rooibos (pronounced, "roy-boss") or South African Red Bush, tea is not technically "tea", at all. It comes from the Aspalathus Linearis, a p[lant that grows only in South Africa, rather than the Camellia plants that produce traditional teas.

Rooibos is a refreshing caffeine-free drink high in antioxidants and minerals and low in tannin. A great tea for pregnant women and nursing mothers.
